Slating and Tiling

Customers are often misinformed as to what is the most cost effective way to cover their roof. Slate has a lifespan of many years and it proves more cost effective in many cases to re-use slate and salvage slate rather than purchase the new concrete or artificial slate.

We have vast experience in sourcing the best value salvaged slate in the North of England to use on your projects.

We can source almost any types of tiles for your project but these are not advised to be re-used.

Flat Roof Work

Due to current H&S legislation many people are moving away from torch applied felt products, this has lead to a vast increase in the number of liquid cold applied products which are available for us to use. These products are much safer to apply, have long guarantees and are more aesthetically pleasing. Although where required we still undertake felting projects but we feel liquids are the future of flat roofing.

Minor Repairs

All other works come under minor repairs such as cracked slates and tiles, roof leaks, ridge tiles, guttering, box gutters etc. we undertake repairs regardless of size.

Reactive Maintenance (commercial clients)

We offer a full reactive maintenance programme which covers all types of commercial client’s properties with any roof covering. We have systems in place for a rapid response service to ensure that no roof will be left leaking. We have a reporting system to update our clients on all works carried out the previous day. We also have H&S procedures which are specific to this type of work. Picture below is the Tetra system which is used on short duration minor works.
